What happens if I cancel or miss the trip?

If you need to cancel your pre-booked trip please give as much notice as possible. We will refund your deposit less £10 administration cost providing we have 7 clear days notice. If your cancellation notice is less that 7 days or if you miss the trip departure time the deposit will be lost. This is a situation we do our best to avoid and we will actively try and resell your seats so that your deposit can be returned (less the admin fee) or transferred to another date.
